Christina and Jordan have celebrated the birth of their newborn son, Max Liron Bratman, by inducting him into Judaism with a traditional bris ceremony.
The couple held the Jewish naming and circumcision ceremony on Sunday to formalize the baby’s middle name, which means ‘my song’ or ‘my joy’ in Hebrew.
The bris usually takes place on the eighth day after the birth of the child and is attended by family and friends, who then join the couple for a celebratory meal.
Aguilera was raised as a Catholic, but has been learning about Judaism since her 2005 marriage to music executive Bratman.
